Men Have a Lot to Offer in a Relationship
Women will often feel that they are the ones who are the more wise in their intimate relationships. We often feel that we are the experts on intimacy, communication, love and family. But we have a lot to learn from men. And we have some pretty funky traits. We don't know how to not bring up the past, forever.... We have a hard time "moving on" and "letting go". We aren't as quick to engage in make up sex and we often insist on a lot of extra "talk" before we can even be touched. We are great at talking without requiring much time to think about what we are saying. Men will think for a longer period of time before saying what they think which can often be more constructive. We beat around the bush rather than get right to the point. And women learn to not directly tell another woman what they think but rather share it with everyone else behind their back. Men want to get to the point directly and succinctly. Though it is clear that neither sex has the answer, in debating it, we certainly need men to talk more and women to listen better.
